I, along with other community members, will host a quarterly pancake dinner with the goal of collecting donations for various community projects and families in need.

SMART Goal: Our project will be hosted at the local community center and have the ability to seat and feed 120 individuals at a time.  We will host the dinners from 5-7 pm on Sunday evenings with a goal of raising $300-$500 after operating costs. This is an achievable goal for our first year, over 4 different dinners. The community has numerous low-income families who struggle with medical coasts and additional donations will also relieve stressors around major holidays.

1. Optional Sub-Goal: Scholarship funds for those students perusing post high school education.
2. Optional Sub-Goal: Toy drives for birthdays and Christmas.
